  Not impressed by the lady that helped me. I didn't get her name but she was probably in her 30s. I had a coupon from quikly for a free lotion and she told me i couldn't use it because it was from a 3rd party and that's the policy. I've used them in Utah before and never had a problem. She was not very friendly about it and wasn't willing to help me find a solution. I later found out that Victoria's Secret had promoted the coupons on their Facebook page, so she just didn't know what she was talking about. They need to inform their employees a bit more and train them on customer service.

  Pretty good location as far as I know. I frequent here as my girlfriend is a huge fan of their products. The staff are nice and helpful and the location is convenient for the Monterey area.
