  Terrible customer service. Called within hours of placing an order to cancel the order and was informed by a gentleman that the order would be cancelled. The following day I received a notice the order was shipped! I had also asked the customer service representative if I needed to call back again to ensure cancellation - he said no that I would receive an email cancellation once the order was put in the system. When I called to ask why it was ship, Donna x 244 stated no notes had been placed in the system for the order and she could do nothing about it. Very very poor customer service. Now i'm out $75 as I ordered the same item elsewhere to arrive by Christmas and this order won't arrive until the 27th (why I was cancelling).
