  I bought an engagement/wedding ring there several years ago. I payed for it on layaway and whenever I was in town I would make a payment. They staff knew me. I picked up the ring and got married. A few months later the diamond fell out. I was able to find it and they fixed it. Again a few months later the diamond fell out again and I could not find it. I went back to the store to have it replaced per the warranty and they stated they did not know me. Even the man who repaired the ring a few months earlier stated he did not know me and had never seen me. They said I had never had the ring cleaned, which was false, and the warranty was voided. They could have used this as a sales opportunity as I went to another place in Carmel and had the ring repaired with a bigger diamond. I wouldn't buy dog poop from the keepsake diamond center. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!
