  If you're seeing 2 stars........ancient history!!! Manager Don is "on it"! He is totally present (& accounted for!). Leads by example: helpful, well-informed, know his stuff!! No staff hanging around just talking to each other or on phones (some other places). When I go shopping, I need help! Don was so wonderful to speak with, really knows his products. They have sales........go treat yourself! Can't wait to go back!! Thank You Don for being there for us, really stepping up to the plate!   Terrible customer service,l just bought the Nike air max 90 shoes,and it was just little small,and it was hurt my feet,l want to change with bigger size,but they are policy not accepting the reason is anyway terrible Quality and and items........

  Seems like this particular champs is about six months behind any other store in the chain. Even with many major shoe releases the store will not have the shoe in until 2-4 weeks after the initial release, many times the product does not make it to the store at all. Very disappointed with this store.
